About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced P&C Insurance Sales Agent to join Agent Vista in a foundational role. This is a hands-on opportunity designed for a proven commercial agent who wants to sell, advise, and help shape the future of an AI-native insurance brokerage.

You will focus on advising, quoting, binding, and managing commercial P&C business for small businesses, families, and individuals in your local community. In parallel, you’ll serve as a subject-matter expert helping inform the roadmap and workflows for our AI-native insurance brokerage platform. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, likes to roll up their sleeves, thrives in production, loves being part of a team, and is ready to make their voice heard as our technology and processes are built around real agent needs.

About the Team

You’ll be a founding member of our Sales Team. You will work closely with Agent Vista leadership and the Agent Vista product, operations and engineering teams. This will be a highly collaborative role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your real-world brokerage experience directly shapes how our AI, systems integration, and sales and service support are deployed.

Here’s What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

  • Make outbound dials to prospective and existing small business clients to assess their complex P&C insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.

  • Quote, bind, and sell commercial P&C policies across Agent Vista’s approved carrier markets

  • Work provided lead opportunities from the Agent Vista platform (no independent lead sourcing required)

  • Advise clients on appropriate coverage and act as their primary point of contact

  • Manage renewals, certificates of insurance (COIs), endorsements, and ongoing servicing needs

  • Partner with the Agent Vista technology team to reduce service load over time through process and automation improvements

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert to inform product roadmap, integrations, and agency workflows

  • Provide feedback on carrier quoting, AMS usage, and operational tooling

  • Maintain accurate client and policy records across CRMs, carrier portals, and agency systems

Qualities We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 4–6 years of experience working in a commercial insurance brokerage

  • Sales Background: Proven ability to manage and grow a book of commercial P&C business

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRMs, carrier quoting systems, service platforms, and AMS tools

  • Leading with Empathy: Comfortable owning client relationships across sales, renewals, and servicing

  • Daring Greatly: Motivated to build the vision of the future of our industry, working closely with product and leadership teams to improve systems and workflows

  • Staying Curious: Interest in using AI-driven tools and modern technology to enhance productivity and client experience
